The seductively multi-variant compositions are in equal parts heady portraits of melting cyber-jacked synapses and quintessentially biomorphic mise-en-scenes in info-space. The neural underpinnings are exposed in a work such as Innards 1.

The recent works seem to have been cut whole cloth from Rioux’s forebrain, conjured wholesale as though through implanted wetware from direct and ongoing neural input.
